Please contact the New England Offices for more information at: Gerry Lachance is a successful businessman who has a passion to see transformation in the workplace. Trained as an accountant, he served in various financial management positions with multi-national corporations including Whirlpool Corporation, Lockheed Aircraft, Pratt & Whitney and Silver Industries. In 1985, he became part owner of Plas-Pak Industries, a medical plastics company. In 2003, he founded Fishgate Ventures, a company established to train and mentor individuals who have a call as entrepreneurs. Currently he is in partnership with a small business enterprise in CT. Barbara Lachance is founder and president of two successful not for profit organizations. In 2005 she organized a state wide network of pastors and leaders crossing denominational and cultural barriers building unity among Christians. She has been on the pastoral staff at Vineyard Christian Fellowship, New London, CT and Bishop Seabury Church in Groton, CT. Trained as a Pastoral Counselor she has developed material on Understanding the Role of Pastoral Counseling and Communication Skills. Gerry and Barbara speak internationally in the marketplace. Gerry and Barbara reside in Mystic, Connecticut; they have five children and four grandchildren |
